Our Services
Our Quantity Surveying Services cover a broad spectrum of construction needs. With over 20 years experience we have the
in-depth knowledge and understanding of core principles that underpin projects ranging from £1,000 to £25M.
We have identified two key starting points from which to take on our services. These are Pre Contract and Post Contract.
Our services cover advice on costs from the earliest days of inception through to completion and handover. For convenience, we split these into two phases.
Pre contract, covering the period of initial design and feasibility up to the appointment of a contractor.
Post contract, covering the construction period through to handover.
